Lord Shiva / Pitaras (Ancestors)

Tripindi Trimbakeshwar

Half Day (3-4 Hours)

Importance

Tripindi is a sacred Hindu ritual performed to honor three generations of ancestors simultaneously. When performed at the sacred Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga, the ritual becomes exceptionally powerful due to the divine energy of Lord Shiva. This ritual ensures Moksha (liberation) for departed souls and removes Pitrudosh from the family lineage.

At Trimbakeshwar, Nashik, Tripindi is performed by our expert Thete family priests with the same precision and devotion that has been passed down through generations.

What is Tripindi?

Tripindi is a ritual that honors three generations of ancestors — parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents. The ritual ensures:

  • Moksha for Ancestors: The departed souls attain liberation from the cycle of birth and death
  • Removal of Pitrudosh: Eliminates afflictions caused by displeased ancestors
  • Family Prosperity: Brings health, wealth, and happiness to the family
  • Obstacle Removal: Clears delays in marriage, career, and other life milestones
  • Ancestral Blessings: Receives the blessings of all three generations
